My name is Laura Jane Clark. I am an architect

and I have worked in television for several years

from Amazing Spaces, Shed of the Year, Ugly House

to Lovely House on Channel 4 and currently working

on Your Home Made Perfect on BBC2.

I have always been conscious of the lack of diversity

in tv and a lack of female voices and expertise

in architectural and design programming.

I set up Siren Sister in 2020 to give a platform

for incredible and diverse female talent.

We are architects, interior designers, horticulturists,

photographers, garden designers, makers and builders.

Siren Sister is the first port of call

for television, media and film companies to widen and

diversify their existing talent base.
